As part of our 5 year plan to update and refresh the Trinity Building we are working on moving the copy room and staff offices as better organizing our storage spaces to fully meet the needs of our faith community and our building users.  On June 17th we had a crew of 14 people who were paid and 2 volunteers to help sort and move and organize. I broke the group into teams with leaders and tasks for each group. We had a team that photographed and organized all of our banners, another team started the work of moving all the copy room items to the new space, one group took old furniture out to a free pile that quickly disappeared, and the last group organized Room 1 and all the worship and craft supplies kept there.

It was a busy and productive day! We will be hosting another work day on July 15th and then again in August. In September we open our new spaces to share with the community, It is a wonderful time to be here at the building and settling in to clean and renewed spaces.
