This week we celebrate the heart of the story of Christianity. We see Jesus fight against injustice, teach his disciples, rest and pray, live out his faith, serve others, do miracles, embrace suffering and death, and in the end remind us the God is bigger than everything, including sin and death. To help us to embrace Christ incarnate this week we will have 2 special worship gatherings.  On Friday night at 7pm we will focus on our own mortality, on suffering and grief as we remember the crucifixion. We will gather in person at the Trinity Sanctuary and online via Facebook live. On Sunday we will gather in the early morning darkness at 6:15am at Sellwood Riverfront Park to celebrate the in-breaking of the resurrected Christ into the darkness of grief and hopelessness. After worship we will gather at the Sellwood House for a breakfast. We’ll also have our regularly scheduled morning worship at 10:30am at the Trinity Sanctuary.

This week is a reminder of God with us through it all. All week long may you know God is with you in the darkness and in the light
