Ever since the pandemic struck it has been all about making plans and then adapting. Early on we were thinking about small group worship, ways to gather, and what could be. Then as we learned more about the virus those plans were scrapped for new ones.

This week we were supposed to begin in-person worship, but due to rise case numbers in our county we had to pull back on those plans. I am disappointed to not share worship with folks in the same space this week, but to be honest it gives us a little more time to make more tech improvements before we have to both be live in the space and broadcasting on Facebook.

This entire year has been like this. Planning, making changes based on new information, and then finding the best in that situation. I hope that the future is a little less chaotic, but I believe this adaptability has been a good skill to strengthen! And finding the wins in the wildness of it all is a helpful way to make it through. So for now we conitnue to adjust and adapt and one day our plans will come to fruition.
