I am thankful for my husband Jeff, who has been the most amazing partner in ministry for nearly 20 years now.

I am thankful for our daughter Paige who sets the table, supervises the acolytes, and does a million other tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

I am thankful for Jayde and Laura, for being amazing teammates in our shared ministry at the Southeast Portland Parish.

I am thankful for Amie and AJ who had the courage to be themselves and share the fullnes of who God made them to be with the Parish.

I am thankful for the faithful people who built the Sellwood House 89 years ago who had no idea how perfect it would be for the work of an experimental faith community.

I am thankful for the incredible giftedness of the Trinity congregation to welcome people in to community and help newcomers connect with the life of the parish.

I am thankful for those of you who read this blog and continue to pray for and support this ministry.

I am thankful for who God made me to be and the ways I have been able to grow in ministry over these past 6 1/2 years.

I am thankful for the financial support of the Oregon-Idaho Annual Conference that made the parish possible.

I am thankful for those who came along the way and who have moved on, and I pray that their journeys continue to bless them.

May your season of Thanksgiving be full of many gratitudes as well.
